Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Use”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions, which, together with the Privacy Policy, may be updated by us from time to time without notice. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.

  1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Alfalah.my, hereinafter referred to as “Alfalah”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Alfalah website or mobile website.

By using alfalah.my and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

The inclusion of any products on alfalah.my at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on alfalah.my at the time you place your order.

  1. Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed at alfalah.my do not include a delivery charge. We are using Poslaju to deliver your order.

The price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and Alfalah does not compensate these charges.

If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees will be applied upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

The delivery charge for each order will be different, depends on the weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. For more information regarding delivery cost please visit Poslaju website for further information.

  1. Ordering/conclusion of contract

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Alfalah Customer Service who will settle the refund.

  1. Delivery

Alfalah exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.

Alfalah endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days following confirmation of an order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact Alfalah Customer Service via telephone or via email.

  1. Withdrawal of Order

We do not receive any withdrawal of order unless you receive the faulty and defective items. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or wrong sizing, you may return your order from the date you place the order until 7 days after receipt of the ordered items. Please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items to Alfalah, unless otherwise stated by your local customer rights legislation. If you wish to exchange the faulty and defective items, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by email to Alfalah Customer Service; please visit our customer service for contact information.

  1. Payment methods

You can pay for your goods by using direct payment from major bank in Malaysia including Maybank2u, Cimbclicks, Bank Islam, RHB Online, FPX and Hong Leong Bank only. You will be directed to your preferred payment channel when you proceed to check out. We also accept payment by Paypal and credit card. Please note that any applicable bank charges will be borne by you.

  1. Guarantee

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Alfalah abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding manufacturing faults in goods that we have sold, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay.

  1. Severance

If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

  1. Ownership of rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at alfalah.my remain with licensors. Any use of alfalah.my or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of IF2U Network Sdn Bhd.
